Can’t upload a string to a StringField via Django admin

I’m trying to add some custom fields to a Django Model, and having issues with a couple of things. Here’s a model in my Django app:
class Zones(models.Model):
name = models.CharField(max_length=30)
location = models.CharField(max_length=30, null=True, blank=True)
tags = models.CharField(max_length=2000, blank=True)
description = models.TextField(max_length=3000, blank=True)
use = models.ForeignKey(Uses, on_delete=models.CASCADE)
active = models.BooleanField(default=True)

Neptune OS X: The operating system that revolutionized the Macintosh for the 21st century
As the Macintosh emerged into the mid-1990s, Apple began to face challenges. The Mac was running out of steam, as other companies developed more powerful computers that ran the Windows operating system. In 1993, Microsoft released Windows 95, which was touted as the most powerful and user-friendly operating system of the time.
Apple, at first, tried to fend off the Windows threat with its own operating system: NeXTSTEP. But NeXTSTEP was very much inferior to Windows, and was not designed for consumers. After a few failed experiments, Apple decided to turn back to the Mac with the NeXT/Solaris operating system.
In 1994, Apple released Mac OS X. The new operating system was very much like the Windows operating system. It offered features like a start bar and a menu system, but it was far inferior to Windows. A lot of users were disappointed by it, and the computer company did not sell well.
While it appeared to be a good idea to port the NeXTSTEP code to Mac OS X, Steve Jobs’ daughter, Lisa, explained to the company that NeXTSTEP did not need porting. Instead, Apple should design a brand new operating system that would be based on the technologies that the company was now familiar with. The company agreed.
NeXTSTEP was still used in the Mac OS X system. It acted like a middleman between Mac OS X and the existing software. Apple itself wrote only a few programs for the operating system. NeXTSTEP was left to handle the vast majority of Mac OS X features.
NeXTSTEP also had a built-in, built-in taskbar. But the NeXTSTEP taskbar was inferior to the Windows taskbar. This made it difficult to control multiple windows at once. In
